Hello and welcome
I’ve worked as a clinical psychologist and therapist since 2005 treating depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD/ADD, stress reactions, relationships problems and other psychological and social challenges.
I work with cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). This includes approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy techniques.

On my blog I regularly share my perspective on psychological topics and recommendations for things to read and watch. I also send out a monthly newsletter with the highlights from my blog. You can sign up here.
At CBT Berlin we also offer a weekly mindfulness meditation group. It is online and free and takes place every Monday morning at 9:00 am.
