Hello and welcome
I’m a clinical psychologist and therapist with 16 years of experience treating depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD/ADD, stress reactions, relationships problems and other psychological and social challenges.
I work with cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). This includes approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy techniques.
At CBT Berlin we also offer a weekly mindfulness meditation group. It is online and free and takes place every Monday morning at 9:00 am. We also offer online yoga and mindfulness classes together with yoga instructor Sara Savery.
